Responsibilities:

+ Handles contacts with our HSBC customers in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer confidence and meeting customer needs

+ Manage multi-channel referrals and handling large volumes of mortgage customer cases simultaneously

+ Achieves satisfactory compliance in the sale of mortgage, secured lending and insurance products

Qualifications

Senior Credit Analyst

Position Summary

Mortgage Broker Jobs. The person in this role will work to effectively manage Accounts Receivable collections and release orders from credit hold to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment is provided for all sales orders. This person will work with our Sales Team and Customers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and release customer sales orders from credit hold. This includes processing customer credit cards and reviewing payment history and account balances. Mortgage Broker Jobs
  • Work with the Sales Team and customers to open a customer account on terms. Using OCR’s Customer Account Opening form, complete a thorough reference and background check prior to submitting an application for approval.
  • Contacting customers for payment on terms

  • Working with the returns department to issue customer credit memos/refunds
  • Issuing Customer Invoices
  • Posting invoices on client portals and managing portal registrations
  • Responding to customer and staff inquiries via phone and email
  • Perform general office duties including filing and upkeep of systems, faxing, and photocopying
